specialized training “Prioritization and Problem Analysis”

Over two intensive days, the Political Institute for the Preparation of Youth Leaders delivered a specialized training titled “Prioritization and Problem Analysis,” dedicated to members of the Executive Council (Alumni Program), as part of preparing them to lead development projects grounded in real needs.
The training featured hands-on and discussion-based sessions aimed at strengthening skills in analyzing public problems and setting work priorities through a rigorous methodology—paving the way for drafting policy papers and implementation projects that reflect young people’s perspectives and their communities’ needs.
This training comes within the Institute’s commitment to building the capacities of Executive Council members and activating their role as key contributors to developing and operationalizing the program’s deliverables.
